Цель курса:
Курс обеспечит слушателей необходимыми знаниями по проектированию, развертыванию и сопровождению System Center 2012 Service Manager. В этом курсе содержится введение в разнообразные продукты семейства System Center и рассказывается как Service Manager 2012 интегрируется в это семейство.
Дополнительно этот курс включает в себя вопросы автоматизации процессов реагирования на сервисные запросы, а также рекомендации по оптимальному использованию Service Manager 2012. Курс включает в себя лабораторные работы, чтобы слушатели могли поупражняться в применении бизнес-решений к реальным ситуациям.
